Privacy policy
Personal data is acquired by this Authority for the carrying out of those institutional activities as required for the purposes and to the effects of Law 28 January 1994, no. 84.
The acquired data will be treated via such means so as to guarantee safety and privacy and such information tools that enable the saving, handling and transmission of such data.
Acquired personal data may be shared with the staff of this Authority and communicated to third parties.
We would like to advise those concerned that they can exercise their rights under articles 7 and subsection of the Legislative Order 196/2003 .
We would like to point out that the bestowal of data is, by rule, optional, but the absence of which can mean the impossibility for this Authority to deal with subsequent contacts.
The Port Authority of Ravenna is the sole handler of the data.
Those entrusted with the handling of the data are all employees of this Authority.
